Carley is the Office and Accounts Manager. She joined the firm in October 2020, when Winch & Winch Solicitors merged with dgb Solicitors LLP.

Carley began her career in Foreign Exchange Operations at Bank of America where she played a key role in trade execution, process migration, and team development within a global environment.

She later transitioned into the entertainment industry, joining 20th Century Fox, where she held senior credit management roles. There she was responsible for overseeing multi-million-pound receivables, managing key client relationships with major cinema chains, and supporting the financial operations behind theatrical releases.

Building on this strong financial and operational foundation, Carley moved into legal services, where she now serves as the Office and Accounts Manager. She has been instrumental in business integration following a merger, while also leading financial reporting and day-to-day operational efficiency.
