I just wanted to let you know that I was very pleased with the work that Tracey undertook for my family.  Covid quickly became an excuse for staff to hide behind and blame for the long delays and lack of responses, together with bad customer service.  I experienced this myself many times whilst managing my late father’s estate and it made the situation so much more stressful.  There were only two individuals who acted in a professional way during this period, despite the obvious challenges of Covid, and I am glad to advise that Tracey was one of them and therefore feel it should be acknowledged.

I could see from the timings of Tracey’s responses that she is a very conscientious person who strives to maintain a high level of customer service and ensures that she meets the needs of her customers.  Tracey always responded to correspondence and requests for meetings in a prompt manner, ensuring expectations were managed where needed.  This efficiency enabled me to respond to situations quickly and to keep on top of things.  I also learnt from Tracey’s approach, as she provided different perspectives on situations which grounded my thinking.
