Charlotte qualified as a Solicitor in 2024.

Charlotte achieved a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Marine Biology with Biodiversity and Conservation from Anglia Ruskin University in 2019. She subsequently completed her legal training at the University of Law, obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Law before going on to achieve a Distinction in her LLM Legal Practice Course. Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in 2024.

Charlotte specialises in Commercial Property, advising clients on a wide range of transactional matters. During her training contract, she gained extensive experience in Residential Conveyancing, particularly in Shared Ownership and high-rise leasehold properties, and continues to draw on this knowledge in her practice.

She has experience in first registrations, freehold transactions, transfers of equity and leasehold work for both tenants and landlords. Charlotte strives to offer clear, practical support to clients throughout each stage of their transaction.
