dgb solicitors LLP is delighted to announce the acquisition of Inheritance Law, bringing highly respected private client solicitor Caroline Brooks-Johnson and her clients into the dgb fold.

Caroline joins dgb as a Consultant Solicitor from 1st October, bringing with her an exceptional depth of knowledge and experience. During the past 12 years as Inheritance law and previously as a solicitor and partner at leading provincial Kent law firms for over 20 years, Caroline has built an outstanding reputation for her expertise, approachability and commitment to putting clients first.

Her values of advising in plain English, treating people with respect and making complex legal matters easier to understand fits perfectly with dgb’s approach to modern legal services.

At dgb, we are committed to providing an efficient service, with an emphasis on personal contact, accessibility and quality. Bringing Inheritance Law into dgb allows us to build on those shared values while continuing to provide clients with the high level of specialist private client advice they expect.

From 1st  October, Caroline’s Kings Hill office will close, and she will be based at The Captain’s House. Appointments can be offered remotely where this is preferred, or more convenient for clients who have difficulty travelling to Chatham.

Caroline commented… “Although it was a difficult decision to close my firm after 12 years and merge with another practice, I am entirely happy that dgb is the right place for me and my clients. I am looking forward to being part of the dgb team.”

The acquisition marks an exciting new chapter for both Inheritance Law and dgb Solicitors LLP.

Colin Moore, Chairman of dgb Solicitors LLP said, “We look forward to welcoming Caroline and continuing to provide her clients with the personal service, specialist knowledge and quality of advice they value, now with the additional resources and support of the wider dgb team.”
